I didnt check in for a minute. I have been busting my ass working on this album....writing writing writing.
so....what have I been up to......
well.
actually just writing and hanging out with friends I havent seen in a long time. Alan.......the famous alan of exeter ( now london ) who comments here from time to time and I spent the day together today and then joined the couple Im staying with for dinner. Finally got to meet his absolutely lovely wife cynthia
good times abound
the last 3 days are a blur........nothing of major note.......a legendary hang with author , genius Joe Craig and I went last night to see a stunning documentary called "WE ARE TOGETHER" look it up.........its stunning. a story about the Agape Orphanage in South Africa......you will cry your eyes out. Truly a stunning documentary. I watched it in a theater in hamstead that was magnificent. The movie theater was literally just all sofas, and insanely posh as the brits like to say. but the film , once again , was just stunning.
ate a proper fish and chips today in covent garden.
not much else.........just working on this banging tune that oli rockberger and I wrote together. that kid is a genius.
the johnny arrow album continues to get tweaked like a mf'er.........fun times. work work work........this aint no vacation.
so....im off to PARIS TOMORROW.
guess what I get to do.
hang with my boys My Morning Jacket and see them in paris. I never ask them for tickets but when i found out they were going to be in paris the same day as me.......i was like..........I DEMAND ALL ACCESS EVERYTHING DAMMIT.
so , yes..........fun fookin times afoot.........americans in paris making trouble.

gonna be a really fun time, I love me some patrick the drummer......we're gonna talk about american football and eat a big fat meal together and then they'll tear the place apart with their massiveness!
