You want a story? Here you go: I saw my first and only corpse in 1992. I was a hoist operator on a US Coast Guard rescue helicopter out of Kodiak Alaska responding to a sinking fishing boat. After another fishing boat found the sinking boat's empty survival suit, we knew we weren't looking for a survior anymore. The boat found the guy tangeld in the remains of his malfunctioning liferaft and we hoisted the body up to attempt CPR en route. We performed CPR all the way to Kenai airport where he was taken away in an ambulance and pronounced dead at the hospital. If he'd have put on his suit rather than trying to use his raft, we'd have had him home for dinner. Instead, he was dead within four minutes of entering the water. There, my very best anecdote condensed into seven sentences.
Was just introduced to your music last weekend. Now, I can't get enough and you're now on the top of my 'to buy' list.
