Very excited to announce that "CINCO DE MOWO!" my 5th album is now being sent out and put in the ears of many of this nations top music peoples! If they have any amount of decent taste ( fingers crossed! )....you will soon be reading about it on a website near you or even in one of those magzines I keep reading about that are sold at newstands that I keep reading about on the internets.
THE RELEASE IS SET FOR JUNE 26th...... ( 8 am ) and we are very proud of this album here at MOWO! INC....I wanna hear back from you.....The loyal mowo! fan, about how you feel about the album ...... or hear about how excited you are about getting a chance to get yer grubby little hands on it ( im sure they arent grubby....my fans are clean as a whistle....whistles probably arent very clean by the way..........I've never understood that expression )
Leave me a note either way and we'll sort you out with a bonafide genuine patented "MOWO! REPLY".........even if you think the album is a pure and evil pile of shite. ( which you wont )....let us know.

I've been insanely busy and terrible at updating my website. That's first and foremost.
Otherwise. I've been knee deep in music in the studio and working on my new album.
During this time I also found time to produce a great new artist named Cochemea Gasteulm.
Cheme ( pronounced Tchem-ay ) is a member of Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings.
He has made an amazing debut album called.
"The Electric Sound of Johnny Arrow" Its been released on my label MOWO! INC

Wayman Tisdale passed away today. I first met Wayman in 1987. He was 2 years into what would become a 12 year career in the NBA. While I was a student under Marcus Miller , hanging in the studios for the better part of three years with Marcus. Wayman signed his first contract and when asked by his agent "you are now rich and your family will always be secure , what do you want to do for yourself?" Wayman said.

Why am I writing about this? well. I was driving last night in a car with and we got cut off by someone driving a mammoth suv with a McCain / Palin sticker.
well....thats 3 strikes for them......cutting me off , driving a huge gas guzzler and well....dont get me started on mccain / palin.
